Is it possible to change my date?

Absolutely! As long as you provide us with enough notice (48 hours) and there is available space in another class. We can keep your payment and put it towards a different course of equal value. This process is different from our refund process. If you require a refund read our refund specific policy.

Tell me more about your cancellation/refund policy

Once you have signed up for a class and paid the registration fee you’ll have your spot secured. Refunds will only be given out two weeks before your class. Otherwise we can keep your payment for a different class date. This is because of limited availability and we would like to make sure others have time to sign up if a space opens.

How does the billing process work?

Once you have registered for an upcoming class we will send you our payment information to secure your place. We take Venmo, Zelle, and Pay Pal. Payments must be sent within 48 hours of receiving the payment information. Any registration not secured by a payment within 48 hours will not be guaranteed a space in the class.

How do Individual Private Lessons work?

If you are interested in individual instruction, we will review what kind of classes you are looking for and the duration that works best for you. Depending on the number of private lessons, funds will either be accepted as a lump sum or a monthly fee.

Can I receive a receipt for my order?

Absolutely! We will issue an invoiced receipt for all your lessons. Always feel free to contact us with any questions about payments and our payment process.
