Please feel free to contact me regarding any courses or lessons in which you may be interested. As we expand our offerings, we will be welcoming additional artists for instruction. Furthermore, we will be implementing various events and other art-centered projects to foster a collective engagement in the creative process within our community.
Is it possible to change my date?
Certainly, provided that you give us adequate notice and there is availability in an alternative class, we can accommodate your request. If this is not the case, we can retain your credit for use in a future class. Please note that credits are issued solely for advance notice and with prior approval. An absence from a class does not warrant a refund or credit without prior authorization.
Tell me more about your cancellation policy.
Once you have signed up for a class and paid your registration fee, you have secured a spot. Due to the limited capacity of our classes, unless there is an extenuating circumstance, there will be no refunds; however, we can transfer you to another upcoming class where space is available.
How does the billing process work?
Upon registering for an upcoming class, you will receive payment instructions to confirm your enrollment. We accept Venmo, Zelle, and PayPal for payments. Please ensure that your payment is processed within 48 hours to secure your place, as availability is limited. Registrations not accompanied by payment within this time frame cannot be seccured.
How do Individual Private Lessons work?
If you are seeking personalized instruction, we will assess your preferences regarding the type of instruction and the desired duration of classes. Depending on the total number of private lessons, payment will be required either prior to the commencement of lessons or on a monthly basis in advance for ongoing weekly sessions.
Can I receive a receipt for my order?
Certainly! We shall provide an invoiced receipt for all your lessons. Please do not hesitate to contact us regarding any inquiries related to payments, reservations, or our classes.
